When you sleep more than you need, the production of hormone called cortisol increases in the body, which results in weight gain. So sleep regularly for 7-8 hours to lose weight.
 
3. Avoid breakfast in the morning: To lose weight, many of us skip breakfast. But if you skip breakfast, you will not lose weight but your body will become weak and sick. So take breakfast in the morning regularly.
 
4. Absolute elimination of carbohydrates: Many of us skip carbohydrate foods to lose weight. As a result, even if we lose weight, various problems may occur later. Such as blackening of the skin, baldness of the head, loose skin, etc. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Therefore, carbohydrate foods should not be omitted.
 
5. Eating too little or not eating at all: In order to lose weight, many people take much less food than they need and some people skip eating again.
